• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 21 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in original packaging, company-sealed (if applicable), unused, and in original condition. Any items that are damaged or do not meet these conditions may result in the return being declined.
• Non-Returnable Items: We do not have any specific non-returnable items, but all products must meet the above conditions for a successful return.

2. Return Process

• Step 2: Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions.
• Step 3: Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We will make up to three attempts to return the goods to the customer. If the customer does not accept the return, the goods will be disposed of, and no further claims will be accepted.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 21 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges and additional fees (e.g., gift wrapping) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

5. Exceptions

• We do not have any final sale items.
• Damaged goods due to misuse or negligence by the customer are not eligible for return.
