Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Welcome to Arab Inks Trading Company! We are pleased to offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option for your convenience. Please read our COD policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Availability

• COD is available for select locations within SAUDI ARABIA.
• Ensure that the delivery address falls within the COD serviceable area.

2. Order Limits

• Minimum order value for COD: No Minimum Value.
• Maximum order value for COD: No Maximum Value.

3. Confirmation Process

• All COD orders are confirmed via phone call or email before dispatch.
• Please provide accurate contact information to avoid delays in the confirmation process.

4. Payment Process

• Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
• Ensure that the exact amount is available as delivery agents may not carry change.
• Accepted payment forms: Cash only.

5. Non-Delivery Cases

Arab Inks reserves the right to cancel the COD option for customers who:

• Refuse orders multiple times without valid reasons.
• Provide incorrect contact or delivery information.

6. Delivery Charges

• An additional COD handling fee of 20 SAR may apply.
• Standard shipping fees will also be applicable.

7. Returns & Refunds for COD Orders

• For COD orders eligible for returns, refunds will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
• Refunds for COD payments will be issued through bank transfer or store credit.

8. Cancellation of COD Orders

• COD orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting us at support@arabinksco.com or calling +966 12 607 5716.
• Once dispatched, cancellations will not be entertained.

9. Exceptions

Arab Inks Trading Company reserves the right to withdraw COD services for any user without prior notice, in case of suspected misuse or policy violations.
